Right to restriction of processing may be exercised when the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; where BYTE CONTEXT no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; where the data subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

BYTE CONTEXT shall not transfer, sell or exchange your personal data to or with third parties for marketing purposes.
BYTE CONTEXT has taken technical and organizational measures to ensure a proper level of protection and security in the operations performed on personal data by limiting unauthorized access, or against loss or unauthorized handling of the data. Furthermore, according to the progress of information technology, we make permanent efforts to adapt our security measures.

If any data security breaches are found, BYTE CONTEXT shall notify the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing within 72 hours and the data subjects as soon as possible.
Users shall be entitled to request at any time during the storage period described under Art. 1 herein to exercise their data subject rights as stipulated under Art. 2 herein and under Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) by sending an email to office@bytecontext.com.
The users whose data was collected and/or processed and who consented for such purposes for the entire period for which such data was collected may submit complaints/requests with BYTE CONTEXT by sending an email to office@bytecontext.com. The response time for such complaints/requests shall be thirty (30) days after the date when such complaints/requests are received and registered.
BYTE CONTEXT reserves the right to unilaterally change this Policy whenever it finds it necessary or e.g. following relevant legislation changes.
